Best practices on validation of non-formal and informal learning
This document provides an example of an interview scheme for the validation process of skills acquired in non-formal contexts and their structure and especially political and strategic aspects.
The validation process was structured based on the following survey dimensions: • description of the reference context • characteristics and basic aspects of the device • scope of application • structure and operation of the device. Moreover, the following dimensions have been analysed: • individual background and motivations • professional and training history • use of the device and its effects
