UPDATE SURVEY ON THE STATE OF APPLICATION OF THE EDUCATIONAL BOOKLET IN REGIONAL ADMINISTRATIONS

This document summarises the results of a brief exploratory survey conducted by ISFOL between October 2012 and January 2013 and is aimed at acquiring information and data relating to the level of adoption, dissemination and implementation of the Citizen’s Training Booklet in different regional contexts.
The Training Booklet has been the subject of initiatives in all the Italian regions, in fact a significant number of Italian Regions have approached and are approaching the Training Booklet in the 3 phases mentioned above.
> A practical example of a region in the start-up phase, among others, is Calabria
> An example instead of a region where the method is being formalised among many is Umbria
> The only region that managed to complete the successful phases of the Implementation process was Tuscany, which defined a shared path for the implementation of the support service for the compilation of the Training Booklet within a broader framework than services for the transparency and enhancement of workers’ skills (reconstruction, identification, validation and certification of acquired skills).
